Responsibilities & Context
Follow up actual development of the shipment with the wharf group until the shipment is gone through the traditions to CFS/port, else raise.
Get transporter and freight sending subtleties from the forwarders and plan last records. Update clients/client own frameworks according to the singular necessities of the client.
Get ready and acquire all legal declarations clients expect corresponding to financial and non-monetary prerequisites of bringing in nations.
Raise solicitations for shipment affected and support business money to follow up installments.
Update all the shipment data/ASN.
Record and keep up with all the transportation archives in a coordinated and precise way expected by the traditions regulation and the client for the predefined period.
Upkeep of the necessary information in an efficient way for the predetermined period
Process installments for solicitations of specialist co-ops and update records.
Forward definite guidance and holder load plan to the forwarder.
Screen actual development of the shipment.
Follow-up transporter and freight sending last reports and update client.
Follow up booking structures with pertinent FG/or plant
Guarantee support of transportation archives according to customs regulation and the client for the predetermined period.
Accommodate installments made due with the solicitations of specialist co-ops.
Abilities and Skill
